BalletMet, Opera Columbus and Columbus Symphony host and event to celebrate the opening of Twisted: A Trio of Excellence.
In an unprecedented collaboration, more than 100 artists from BalletMet, Opera Columbus and the Columbus Symphony and Chorus will join forces to open the 2014 – 2015 arts season. Celebrate the arts in Columbus withTwisted: a Trio of Excellence.
A brilliant fusion of artists will come together to perform dance premieres from four of today’s hottest choreographers – Val Caniparoli, Ma Cong, long-time BalletMet dancer Jimmy Orrante and BalletMet Artistic Director Edwaard Liang – set to a feast of classical music from beloved operas including La Bohéme, The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni, Carmen and more.
