Looking for something to do during these cold dark days of winter?  Columbus has a vibrant events calendar to keep us busy, entertained and sane while we wait what seems like an eternity for the warmth of spring.  I know how easy it can be to hibernate in your new Christmas snuggie, staying warm on the couch while you binge on the newest Netflix series. But don’t you start to feel a bit lonely? And when that imprint starts to form on your couch do you try to calculate the amount of hours you’ve literally just sat and have done nothing.  Literally nothing but press that button on your remote when even Netflix is amazed that you’re still watching. Well it is time to get up, shower and get dressed.  And make your way to Wonderball at the Columbus Museum of Art.

Wonderball 2016

I was asked to attend and photograph the event last year to capture the essence of the experience. CMA really prepared for everything you might want from yummy food stations, interactive art exhibits, to live music at nearly every corner. The highlight of the night is hitting the dance floor with DJ Charles Erickson.
